is this posible to put a rubicon tranny in my rancher? i though it would be a hot set up.

I doubt it but anything is possible as long as you have enough money. It would be cheaper to just buy the Rubicon.

I bet honda comes out with the hondamatic tranny on more of there quads in the near future,Maybe even on the rancher.

Not to make fun of you redrancher350 but that would be redneck to even try to put a rubicon transmission in a rancher. Think about what you ask on this forum next time.

 

no, think about it.
the rubicon transmison is a fast accelerating automatic. it also has the esp mode. what does this mean, well you could set it on auto for drag racing and trail riding, and on esp for a race type scenario. and the engiens(sp) on the rubicons and ranchers are transversly mounted so they have somthing in comon. and my rancher is 2 wheel drive and i thought it would be a fast acelerating bike.
note* im not really going to try this, im not going to mess a good thing up.

 

No the tranny is a sealed unit it would never fit in the cases also it works on oil pressure thats why the rubicon takes almost 6 quarts of oil
