Just curious as to the nominal and max engine temps of the oil cooled honda clones, particularly the 110cc and the max RPMs for them as well.

Any info greatly apreciated.

 

I don't know, but first thing is to determine how you would measure engine temperature. I've read about devices that are a temperature probe ring that bolts under the spark plug. This measures cylinder head temperature fairly accurately right at the plug, but other than that I would expect that 25 people measuring their engine temps using whatever method would get 25 different answers.

Pretty handy little unit for temps, rpm and speed. I had to drill the rear sprocket for the magnet bolt and make a mount for the sensor on it but all in all worked out well. I have a laser temp gun I will use to check the accuracy of the unit with temp wise anyway.

Just looking for a max temp and rpm range for these engines.
