Default Help with 1993 Timberwolf no start

It will not start by pushing the button. If I jump the solenoid it will start and neutral light comes on. When I shut it off no light. It will not restart. I replaced the solenoid and no luck. If I ground out the wire to negative on battery no light. Could it be a bad ignition switch? Mine has been replaced and no connector, hard wired key switch. Need help. What am I missing to start this?

Is there a way to test the ignition switch?

Well tonight I was able to start the quad by jumping the solenoid. While running I could turn the switch off and pull the key out and it still ran. I think my switch is stuck open.

On most quads the ignition switch is two switches combined, a switch for the battery positive, this feeds starter, lights horn etc, and a kill switch to negative, for the ignition, that is why most switches have four wires going to them. Get the correct switch for your model and wire it in properly.
