Default Ive tried everything 110cc will not fire

I started trying to get this atv to run and it ran fine except the battery would die within 15 mins. Trouble shot this and found out voltage regulator was bad. Next I found the remote control by the back axle and didn't know that's what it was at first and grounded the sensor wire and after that it would not fire. I ungrounded the sensor wire and purchased a new cdi, a new voltage regulator, a new coil, and cleaned the carb. I checked the ground and it seemed fine the safety kill switch in the rear the wires have been cut and the toggle switch on handle bars seems to be working ok. I have voltage coming from stator as it turns over. But will not fire I also got a new plug. Any help with this is greatly appreciated im about to pull my hair out.

Do you have spark? I'm hoping so after all the electronics purchased/replaced...

try hooking the rear tether wires that you cut together. Depending on the switch they are ether normally open or normally closed. You may have fried that remote control box by grounding the antenna. Try unplugging that box

I do remember when it had fire that back tether wires were not hooked together but I did unplug remote box and took black and white wire loose from cdi still no fire. I checked voltage out of stator and it was only like .23volts could be my stator.

yup...but you would know that because you'd have a very weak spark at the plug...
