Default 04 90 sportsman won't start.

Cleaned carb, new fuel filter, new spark plug, new coil. It has spark, and when I take spark plug out it is wet. Did a compression check and it is at 90, from what I read, min. is 115. Is this right? Thanks is advance.

Are you sure the plug is good? Just because it's new doesn't mean it's good. Similarly, just because it has spark doesn't mean it's enough. Do you have a spark tester?

They will run at 90.
Wet plug, I wonder if it's flooding.
Empty the carb. Apply full throttle and try to start. Once it starts sputtering and running, turn the fuel on.
