Ran a week ago, it had a week battery and it has been below zero. My son tried the battery charger, no go so I Changed out the battery with a new one, volts on it are good. Cables are good Turn the key, no dash lights nothing.

 

Seems like you have blown the main fuse, If you connect the charger or battery the wrong way round you will blow the main fuse, on the solenoid. Another possibility is the ignition switch packed up. Suzuki switches are prone to this, but usually start working again if the key is wiggled. New switches are stupidly expensive from Suzuki, but Chinese copies are now available.
