CF Moto EFI Issue PLEASE help! TY!

Hi Everyone,
I have a 2017 CF Moto 500S ATV that I don't run too often. Two weeks ago I started it up to let it run. I let it idle for 20 minutes then parked it back into the garage..no problem except it took two tries to start. Yesterday I wanted to run it again but when I tried turning it on all I kept hearing was a constant clicking sound while the EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) light blinked. Would not start after numerous attempts. Today, I poured 10 ounces of Seafoam into the tank which was already near full with gas I used two weeks ago when I let it idel. The gas is probably a couple months old. One hour later after adding Seafoam, I tried to start the ATV again, but same issue...clicking, EFI light and still won't start. 1. Does Seafoam often need to sit overnight for it to do a solid job? 2.What else could this possibly be? THANK YOU so much for any and all help you provide here!

Sounds a lot more like a flat battery to me, a relay is clicking in and out as it feeds in power, power drops as whatever it controls is connected, so relay drops out again, only to repeat once it gets enough power to click in again. Other possibility is whatever the relay controls is shorted, for example, if it is the fuel pump relay, a seized pump may cause this. However on modern bikes there can be lots of relays, you need to know which is clicking and what it does. A wiring diagram is best, but some idea can be got from wiring colours, for example if the clicking relay has a red/white wire from it, and the fuel pump has a red/white wire to it, it may well be that it is the other end of the same wire, ignore earths though as they go to almost every component.
