I just wanted everyones opinion on what size front tire to use on my 400ex. I still have stock suspension & a-arms & Iam going to be running 18x11x8's in the rear. So please give me some info on what size will work best. Thanks!!

I have 19"(around 19" at least) Kumho grooved radials. They're nice, but on the next quad I have I'll be running 19" Holeshot MX's

Raz-R is going to come out with a new 19 front so i would wait and get that tire instead. Holeshot mx wear out extremely fast but if you have the bank account then they are a great tire. The car radials work great on hard pack or slightly moist conditions, If you get into any kind of mud forget about it, Its like rideing on slicks.

I depends on what you are going to be riding. I have holeshot 19' up front, I love them for motocross but I have found that under some conditions and at high speed they could be squirly. If wide open high speed is your thing go to a 21 inch. For MX the 19 holeshots are great. As for wear they seem to hold up good, I ride a lot of street and I go through 5 rear tires to every front.

What would be a good tires set up for all round riding. I want to ride the track but be able to do good in the forest and some sand?

You can't run 19" front tires in the dunes unless you have adjustable caster and camber. The sand makes the handling of any quad w/ small tires scary and very twitchy. Ask Buddah about his little ordeal??

Holeshots are an exellent tire But alot of the people I know here in the wausau are love their turf tamers and they spend a lot of they're riding time on the mx track. good luck finding your tires. Holeshots or Turf tamers/ My opinion
