just send the stock box to FST and they will remove the rev limiter. i wouldnt reccomend doing this change unless you change the cams and valve springs. because from the factory the engine is only set up to go to a certain RPM without damaging anything. If you go past the stock RPM rev limit i can guarantee that you will either float the stock valves springs, or after a while damage some of the components in the camshaft, and valves. and even if you do use the new black box with stock cams and valve springs, you will probably only get about 200-400 more stuttering RPM's.

o also, it is about $85.00 to get removed from FST, but if you buy the complete new box from kawasaki you are talking high $100's-mid $200's.

What year klr box fits the Mojave? Diamond G Racing is looking at advancing the timing curve on the c.d.i box and would like to see if the timing curve and total advance is the same on the Mojave as the klr.
Thanks
