where can i find this item. How much does it cost. and what other engine modifications have to go with this in order for it to work correctly. Please let me knwo and thank you for you time and consideration

just send the stock box to FST and they will remove the rev limiter. i wouldnt reccomend doing this change unless you change the cams and valve springs. because from the factory the engine is only set up to go to a certain RPM without damaging anything. If you go past the stock RPM rev limit i can guarantee that you will either float the stock valves springs, or after a while damage some of the components in the camshaft, and valves. and even if you do use the new black box with stock cams and valve springs, you will probably only get about 200-400 more stuttering RPM's.

o also, it is about $85.00 to get removed from FST, but if you buy the complete new box from kawasaki you are talking high $100's-mid $200's.

What year klr box fits the Mojave? Diamond G Racing is looking at advancing the timing curve on the c.d.i box and would like to see if the timing curve and total advance is the same on the Mojave as the klr.

Question if the MOHave is the same mill as the KLR what is the big deal.Wouldnt ya float valves on a bike motor too?LOL

BEARMAN- KLR boxes from 1986-present will work on the mojave.
