Default Thinkin' bout lifting my P650. I got questions>

Hey all. I was thinkin bout gettin highlifters lift kit for my P650 and was wondering a few things. First does anyone knowof any B4 and after pics out there? Is Highlifter the only place that sells the lift kit or is there a cheaper manufacturer? How many inches will the kit lift my bike? Is it easy to install? Any install tips and other things to look out for would be appreciated. Thanks

lackdog,

I installed the highlifer kit and it was a piece of cake. Takes about an hour and the biggest job was removing the front fenders to get to the top of the skocks. Highlifter's quality is second to none and the fit was perfect. They had the only 2" lift I could find, there are several other brands but I believe they are all 1.25". Highlifter might be more pricey than the others but I feel it was well worth it.

I have been running the HL list since Dec 2001. I don't think it lifts the front more than an inch, but you can definetly tell the difference. with the 650, I would suggest getting the progressive spring kit over the lift, but I plan on running both.
