CAN THE 00 AC 500 MAN SHIFT BE SWITCHED FROM 2 to4wd like the polarises or ac500 autos?

So far only the automatic can do that, but in June of 2001 I will try to put the front differential from the Auto on to my 99 500. That way I will have 2wd/4wd and maybe more traction if what the Atving.com staff said was true.
