Default Engine bogs then dies on whoopty doo's

Where I ride there are sections of short bumps and valleys, and when I get going across them or jumping from one to the next, the engine starts to kill. If I back off I can recoup, but if I keep going it will eventually shutdown.

Sounds like water or ice or dirt in the carbs that the jumping etc shakes loose. Try isopropyl alcohol(99%) or regular gasline antifreeze in the fuel.

The carbs on the 700 v force do the same thing. Id go into the kawi forum and ask this question. They know how to fix it but i dont remember what they did to fix it

so far so good
raised the float levels in the carbs
test rode today, seems ok, will keep checking,
also no belt light today as well, checked a few of the connectors with it all apart
only died once WOT to restart ran fine rest of the day! (fingers crossed)

Sounds like the floats are bobbing the carbs when you're going over the bumps. Basically, they are allow the carb to flood itself. I think in the past I've seen springs on floats to stop them from moving so much......
