How does the independent rear suspension on the Arctic Cat compare to the Honda on uneven rocky areas. Opinions?

 

they don't in my opinion.

the Cat doesnt use a sway bar which allows more articulation. depending on shock setings of course

 

Better than the Rincon. Far and away better than all other Hondas.

 

Suspention and honda shouldn't even be used in the same sentence.

 

I will have to say, After trying my girlfriends new AC400, it is one hell of a rock crawler. I was going over piles of hard mud and stuff I didnt even think I could over, but it was no problem. I think we have yet to get a scratch on the skidplates.

On a side note, what would be a good first mod for a 400? Muffler?

Cool thanks. Was already gonna put a K&N on after we take it in for its first service. As for mufflers, I have no idea what is good and about the clutch... its an automatic.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] ( its a girl quad ).
