Default mild clutch chatter on 650

I have a mild chatter on my 650 after I have riden it for a while. I asked the dealer about it and was told to clutch it and it would go away. Funny thing is, though, while I was talking to him about the chatter, a customer came in that had their machine clutched, jetted and piped and was having the same chatter problem. I'm not sure if it has something to do with elevations here or just a clutch problem. We go from sea level up to 2-3000+ feet on any given ride here in Alaska. The only problem I've ever had with any machine with elevation was my 400. It didn't like to idle when I was up above the tree line, but that's expected. The clutch chatter is only when I'm going slow. Any ideas? BTW all of my Arctic Cats start nomatter what the weather is. I figured I'd get that out of the way. I see a lot of people have problems with the cold. I broke my choke lever and my 650 still started at 10 degrees last time I rode. It took some cranking, but it started after a few minutes.

Default mild clutch chatter on 650

mine used to do that when i was doing slow technical stuff and would barely engage the clutch. after i put in my pink primary and black secondary spring and took out the shim (i personally took out the larger of the two shims) it went away and tightened my belt up now no more troubles. kawi sent these machines over with the loosest belt setting and it is way to loose to begine with when you hit the throttle a lil harder there shouldn't be no shattering just low speed's
