They do sell 10x as many Polaris to AC. So I'm sure you will here of more problems but if you check out the AC forums you will see quite a few problems also! It comes down to how the atv is maintained and ridden. 2 guys can ride the same trail and 1 gets a flat and the other doesn't, that atv must be junk then right?

Rincon 680 or AC 650
IMO, Polaris fell apart in reliability. I used to like them. AC is on its way up in sales, breaking the previous record for 3 years in a row I think now. The difference, Polaris sells alot of machines, and trys to rush and spit them out of the factory faster, regardless of quality. With AC, I get the same product as I did 3 yrs ago.
