I'm rebuilding a 2004 500 automatic. Right now working on the plastic. Does anyone know if the front fender flares (not the extensions) are interchangeable from a 2003 400? The part numbers are different, but the plastic looks to be the same.

500 calls out 1506-158 and 159.
400 calls out 0506-558 and 559.

Anyone know if I can bolt them right on or if I can modify to use them on my bike?

 

I have an '04 - 500 Automatic and my guess would be that there may be some variations in the pre-cut bolt holes, but I wouldn't think there would be a big difference. Good Luck... Bobpo
