The reason i make most my pics smaller is because i have freinds and relatives with "dial up" yet.
If you send them a full huge pics it takes them forever.

 

Download Picasa from Google, it's free and easier to use than Paint.

 

Paint is free when you buy a computer.
Everyone i had has had paint already there.
What is easier than pressing the ctrl button then the "w" ???
I had a differnt one i had to download once and had to do more than i do on paint just to down size.
Paint is alot of fun....use what your computer has.
