Default Starting issues

Just purchased a used 2008 AC 400 4x4, the previous owner just put in a new battery in the last few days and hadnt ridden it since installing the battery. It started up at the guys house and when i got home it was having trouble with the elec start so I had to use the pull start. The readout was reading VOLT. does that mean that the battery is dead or is the starter bad? once it was on, it ran great, its just start up that is kinda funny. thanks all and be ready for lots of questions from me

Check the battery voltage with a volt meter. If he stuck in the basic battery that you fill with acid and charge, he might not of charged it.

get a bigger battery that fits in your compartment. arctic cat sells a bigger battery which it has more amps and lasts longer when useing a winch headlights and for starting the atv.measure compartment width length and height
