Has anyone ever replaced an automatic choke with an manual choke? Iam tryin to help an lady repair her husband quad the cheap way.. He passed away while this quad was in my shop and had no insurance... Try to get specs and what brand of manual choke to thread into carb? It is an 2006 500 Tbx and the auto style is over 100 bucks...Just asking to see anyone has done this on this quad? I have done on smaller ones but not sure they enough alumium to thread...Thanks in advance..
