You are referring to intake boot from the air filter box to the throttle body? At the moment, i have intake boot from the air box to the throttle body off the bike. Are we talking about the same thing? To look through the throttle body I would have to hold WOT to open the butterfly valve.

I have not had a chance to get a new plug and put it in as of yet. I have been pretty busy at work and just hasn't allowed me the time to mess with it really any further. I did talk to my dealer about the bike and if the plug doesn't help, it will be going there Saturday. They are under the impression that its a fuel and/or ecu issue at the moment sight unseen.

Alrighty, so the spark plug seems to be the issue. Apparently I was not the only one who thought the existing spark plug was good and arcing as intended. Since I wasn't able to obtain the actual spark plug (apparently no one stocks a CPR8E plug) I was forced to use a CR8E for testing purposes. The bike fired with a new plug.
What would cause a plug that doesn't look fouled to foul and not allow even a burp when trying to start. All of my other bikes will run on fouled plugs albeit not very well, but never the less they will run.
