I ride a fair bit. I give them a one over loading and unloading from the trailer. Oil changes every 500km with rotela t6. I check the diffs every few months and then dump them in the winter and refill with synth. Installed grease fittings every ware and will grease up in the winter when doing the diffs. A few times a year i will pull my winch rope out and clean it and soak it in a bucket of water and fabric sofenner and let it dry and rewind

Curious on the grease fittings, are you removing the caps and installing the grease fittings or are you drilling and tapping to add the grease fittings? If you drilling and tapping just curious how your doing it? Want to see if you have an easier way than I do....lol

I drilled and tapped everything on my machine. Only took me about 3 hours to do front and back. Pulled everything apart and did it on the work bench.

Look at all the pennies they save from not installing them? Beside then you have to replace parts more often so they make even more money. Been thinking about adding the zerks to mine as well.

i think cat is the only one that does not have zerks on their machines. I want to do the Ball joints next but for now i have a needle that goes on my grease gun for them.
