Hello,my old front left cv joint axle pops and binds at low speeds.
Is it time to replace new front axle ?
I have read a lot about the pros and cons of going aftermarket, but OEM arctic cat axles cost is 4-5 times than aftermarket axles.
So I decide to buy afertmarket atv axles which can save my much money.
Any recommendations ?
Thank you.

If the cv joint is clicking, I would just replace the CV joint. The CV joint can be popped off the axle and a new boot and joint install. Most people don't do this because it is a lot cheaper to buy an aftermarket replacement axle from Sixity,Super ATV and more. One cv joint axle for sale at Hexautoparts.com is under $60.

Before i replaced anything i would cut the boot clamps off and inspect the joint. May just need a good cleaning and fresh grease that all can be had for under 10 for 2 clamps and a tube of cv grease..
