It's designed to give a quicker acceleration response and more bottom end grunt. I also have some good news about it. Anyone who has a modicum level of mechanical ability can do this. This includes you Cowboy (lol) All that is needed is an electric drill, a 3/8 drill bit and some emery cloth. Also you have to pull the driven pulley off.

Now for the bad news. I'm going on vacation for the next two weeks so it will be that long before I can draw this thing up and give it to all that want it. Sorry, but this has been in the planning stage forever and I must have a vacation.
