Just wondering if you rode the '03 AC 500A and if so what do you think?

 

I'm here and yes I rode it. I didn't get to ride it out where I could really see what it did. I didn't pull the trigger while I was there. I ended up buying a 2003 Green Rubicon. Same price same winch. I just figured I try something different. I really like it so far. I like shifting gears and my wife likes the auto. Never had a Honda, I hope it holds up like they say they do. Anyway, the new cat is really nice except it's kind of loud, at least compared to what I bought. I don't know what they could do to quiet it down. I guess we'll see what this Honda is made of this hunting season.

Yea, that is cool to be able to shift or relax in the auto mode. I never was a belt drive auto guy, but I came across a deal I couldn't resist so I own one now. I hope when the wife and I and kids ride she can handle the 500A while I drive my Kawi 300 4x. I really enjoy hoping on the auto for a spin. I am currently running all my air lines up hi. I don't do as much creek riding as I use too, but if the urge hits me I want to be ready. Hope you enjoy the Honda, keep in touch.
