I have extensive experience with a 03' 500i manual vs 02' Grizz 660. That's what we ride. With 28"Laws rear and 28" Vamps front they are identical in the mud until he hits the locker. Then its all over. The cat actually has about an inch of ground clearance over the grizz but the difference in power and locker ability negates that. The low end power that the Grizz has is amazing. That thing will turn 28X12.50 Laws in the stickiest mud around. I know, I've watched it and then went around the hole.

 

my freinds grizz is the same way. with the front end locked theres not much it cant do. his grizz has 27x12s&27x10 bear claws and he can go just about anywhere he wants to but thay get stuck too.
