Are you guys sure about the 2003 AC and Suzuki engines being EXACTLY the same. According to my specs, the 500 AC uses a 34mm carb and Suzuki a 36, plus the compression ratio is about 9 to 1 on the AC and 10 to1 as poste on the Suzuki.

Suzuki makes ALL arctic cat motors for ATV's and snowmobiles besides the 90cc quad and 120cc snowmobile. Not 100% sure about the 4-stroke sled motors though. In 02 suzuki was giving arctic cat a detuned motor but for 03 arctic cat finally got the same motor - more compression, bigger carb, hotter ignition, hotter cam ect...
