Default 200s clutch problems...help?!

Here's the story...recently put a new jug, rings, and pretty much re-did the whole top end. While I was at it I put a better used clutch in if that makes sense. On this '84 200s it has a centrifical clutch which is supposed to disengage when idle and engage around 2200rpm. Well the problem is it is engaged all the time. When I stop or slow down to an ideal the bike dies cause the clutch is still engaged. Is there an adjustment for this, or what did I do wrong? Any help is greatly apprecitated. It makes it hard to ride with an automatic clutch when its not automatic.....thanks guys

i know on the big reds there is an adjustment thigy on the engine. i cant remeber which sdie it is on but its basically a bolt with a nut screwed on it. nothing too complicated. im not sure if a 110 has the same deal or how youd go about adjusting that per say but i think if you fiddled with it you should be able to figure something out.
hope this helps
