I have to agree with the 2-valves in the 86 200x. I have 2 86's and have rebuilt both of them. If they have 4 then 2 were hidden somewhere, lol.

Ok, you guys are right the 200x has 2 valves, for all 5 years it was built. But for someone looking to buy one, I would recommend 1986 or 87 cause the valve train was redesigned for better flow and higher reving. And the spark plug is on the other side.
The 350x is the trike that I was remembering as having 4 valves. I verified the number of valves by going to powersportspro.com , they have a free exploded views of all bikes, just like the manuals or the dealerships computer. Click on the fish.

 

the 86 and 87 had 6 speed trans.

 

Well guys i'm definantly not gettin a new trike any time soon, i just had to spend $385 on big red shaft drive parts. Maybe when income taxes come in..........
