I am not what you would call a computer savvy person myself.

I ended up changing the resolution of my pics for them to meet the 150 criteria

You may want to do a search for info on this, because I have seen this question pop up alot.

its pretty simple if you have some basic photo editing software. you might even be able to get it done with microsoft paint. jsut open it up, crop out some extra off the edges of the pic, then reduce the size slightly. then when you save it save it as a slightly lower quality. i usually do all of these steps in small ammounts and to get the picture as close to the limit as i can so that i'm not posting ugly low quality pics. it usually takes 2 or three trys. make shure you dont jsut click save because it will save over the origional. use the "save as" button and give it a different name. once you post it delete the one you posted from you machine and jsut keep the high quality one for yourself(save hard drive space). hope this helps. this is jsut the way that i have done it. im shure that theres plenty of other ways.

I found another way to make them smaller. When you email yourself the picture it will ask you if you want to send it smaller and it will be well within the parameters. I also use Paint but this is so much nicer. Also, if you have scanned photos you can change it from bitmapfile to jpeg file too.AlaskaBoy.

You can open up the pictures, and usually their is a "re-size" option that you can make them smaller.
