Default 200x Clutch

hey i picked up a 198? somethin honda 200x atc today. it runs and drive great. it has to problem though. 1: the kick start slips and doesn't turn the engine sometimes and 2: the clutch sicks and stays engaged after i fully release it. I have loosened up the line so there is way more slack than need but it is still sticking. What do i need to do. THANKS

1: Sounds like the kick starter shaft is screwed up inside. Which woild require a bottom end teardown, but I could be wrong.
2: Sounds like you need a new clutch, most likely the whole kit. Plates, discs and springs. You can find kits for $60-$80. Hopefully your clutch basket is ok. Those can be expensive.

I dont under stand what your saying? it should stay engaged after you relase the clutch or do you mean it does not engage when you release it???

if you would like to say it that way then yes that is what i mean. when i fully release the clutch lever (with plently of slack in line) the clutch stays enaged (or the gears don't) engage. It seems as if i am still holding the clutch lever in even when it if fully released.

you will probly need a new clutch kit, possibly a push rod.
