i got an atc 110 when i start it it wil run great then
randomly die while its in gear

 

when it dies take the spark plug out and see what it looks like. it could be getting to much gas or not enough or its fouling the plug. does it smoke when it runs?

will it idle in Netural? Sounds like a fuel problem, have you cleaned the carb? Hows the air filter?

 

same thing happend to me.. i had piece of rust from my tank where it would slowly get gas.. so if it sat and i turned the gas on it would get enough to run for like 1 minute and then die on me i would waite and it would go again.. if its a rusty tank i would try cleaning out the petcock and the carb.. hope this helps.

ohh my god i took the petcock off and i couldnt see the screen there was soo much rust and the whole petcock was filled with rust i took it for a spin after and it ran great. i was driving over a rock and the exhaust bottomed out on the rock and tore the exhaust right off the engine. i guess i got some welding to do tomorrow. but it ran great
