Exclamation AWD wire connector location

Did some brush work with the Polaris 500 HO pulling a field and brush mower. At some juncture, the brush traveling under the ATV pulled the wire serving the AWD module from its connector...no indicator on the speedo and no AWD. All is well, wire and plug wasn't damaged BUT...where in the world is the connector located for this wire and plug?? Judging from its length and dust-freeness, it's up near the headlight/speedo area as it was draped over the front axle where I found it. UNIT: 2004 Polaris ATP 500 HO (same layout as a Sportsman 500 HO perhaps??) So, where is the bugger? Of course, I removed the snow blade to mow and for the moment, there's no AWD...8-10 inches predicted tonight!!
