I want to get into mx after winter. Before then i would like to practice quit a bit. I have a lot of property and a tractor so i can easily build a pretty big jump. The only problem is i have no idea what i need to build in order to prepare myself for the jumps on an average mx track. Could someone please enlighten me on about how big the average table top is? What about the gaps on average doubles? How tall is the table top? Thanks a lot.

ummm 80 ft table and youll be good gaps i dont know height is like as tall as me i think so like 6 ft you could try taht... 80 ft is very big for beginner i would start with like.. a 20 or 30 footer

 

start with 40ft tabletop and keep getting bigger, they're extremely safe so you dont have to worry to much about coming up short
