Sure there's individual insurance but when you're running a 13 race series at 13 diffrent venues event insurance becomes a logistical nightmare.

 

just run locals until you are old enough. trust me youll need the expirience before you just go out and run a GNCC.

Mr.Waterbuffalo: please fill us in.Mr.Neff from the AHPA said in his press release that the problem was finding volunteers,not rules.The only rules I saw broke was the helmet rule and riding double,BUT,it was the AHPA staff that was doing that! How about the rule that says you're not to leave the marked trail.
Or the rule that you don't run thru the farmers fields or break down his fences or chase his cattle. Some people don't take to a rider stopping and releaving himself in thier back yard. How about swearing at the landowner and threatning him. Things like this and more caused many landowners to deny the poker run use of thier land. I know I don't want it in my back yard again.
