yfz all the way for happy news

 

I beat my buddies stock YFZ with my stock DS, he was brand new to his YFZ and struggled with shifting a bit so I usually flew by him in third going into fourth. He piped and jetted it now so probably would beat me but don't really care. I'm selling my DS to get a new Outlander.

 

Hey... go back to the part where the 2-fitty beats the 450.... I like that part! there's a guy on this site "344PV" that shamefully wants to dump a "bad-2-da-Bone" "R" that would smoke a 450 no if's-ands-or-butts!

 

I'd go with a late model lt250r or quadzilla. Nothing will beat the zilla in a drag.

 

Wow 2 pages and it hasn't been asked yet. Where do you want to beat it, drag racing, trail riding, motorcross, dunes ?

Well it mostly has to do with the rider, and I'm pretty much the best rider in the world. I'm in shock that I haven't been picked up professionally.

 

What kind of riding do you intend to do. A buddy of mine has a stock banshee and he runs pretty close to me in a straight line but i out do him in suspension and handling at the track. Also a banshee would be cheap enough that you could pick up a used one for around $3000 Then you could get some toomey pipes and own your buddy in a drag. To run with him in mx you'ld need to invest some in suspension set-up. It depends mostly on your budget and riding style. If you don't mind somthing a little old then you could get a 250r and run with him at mx just fine. Finding a 250r that doesn't need a little TLC would require some searching but you can find good deals once in a while. A quadzilla is also a good possibility but once again, somewhat hard to find one in good condition. Good Luck finding a quad.

That is funny! Good catch Way2fst! However, does it matter. You know,.. what he wants or what we all think. Suppose it gave us all something to do while he was getting a life and a bike!

The most important thing was we were there for him.... eventhough it was long after we were needed.
