I am just wondering what you guys would do? OK i have a 2003 Klx 125 and im gonna sell it for 1500. Then im going to take 500 and pay on my truck which i still owe 3000 on and then take 1000 and use it as a down payment for a Raptor or a Predator. here is my questions
1. Would you guys get a quad or pay your truck off?
2. Which last longer a Predator or a Raptor?

If your already making monthly payments on the truck, just continue doing so cause $1500 isn't going to pay off your truck, right? Yeah, you'll be a little closer to paying it off but you'll be left with no money and no bike.
Then, if you can buy either quad with no down payment, you'll be set;
1. You'll have truck.
2. You'll have a brand new badass quad.
3. You'll have $1500 in the bank.
All for a small monthly fee....................

Gosh Ozark, are you a banker? That advice keeps Jon paying the bank forever.
Jon, my opinion would be to apply some against the truck payments if your truck loan interest rates are high. If you have a cheap interest rate on the truck, then apply your money against the replacement quad, so you owe less on it. Just keeping $1,500 around in the bank provides a large temptation to use it on frivolous things and then it's gone.
As you can see, everyone has a different opinion. That's what makes this board so interesting.
