1300 miles is nothing. I considered buying a 2011 Can-Am Outlander 500 with 3200 miles on it before I got my Grizzly. I've seen one year old quads with 3000 miles on them. It looks to be very clean and well maintained. At 1300 miles, the only maintenance that should have been needed are fluid changes and probably brakes. Even the stock tires still look like they have some life left in them. I assume the box is easy to remove if you decide sometimes you don't want it on there.

I do believe I "got a good one". I'm sure time will tell though. The dealer did change the engine oil with factory fill which I believe is a dino oil. I'll probably switch it out for synthetic sooner than later. I'm not sure what they did with front & rear diffs so I've gotta check those out too.

Yes, the 2 up seat is bigger than I thought it would be. I will likely remove it for now so it doesn't get destroyed by branches and small trees.

I'm planning on cutting wood the weekend after Turkey Day, so I'll definitely get to test it out then.

Also continues the search for a plow setup. I did some research while looking for an ATV, but not much. Any recommendation?

Thanks again everyone.

Congratulations on the new quad. Looks great! Not sure who makes a plow for Suzuki. It's a pretty common quad so I'd think the major makers like Warn, Eagle, Moose, etc. would have a mount for it.

Congrats on your new ride! The only new atv I've purchased new was a 2008 750 Kingquad. Unloaded it this year to free up funds to buy and review some other machines and man do I miss it. It was a very, very reliable quad that really wasn't the best at anything, but was good at everything. Fuel milage was incredible when compared to riding with other big bore machines. Always ran Mobile1 Full Synthetic oil and Wix Filters. Here are some repairs and mod videos that are ancient, but may be of some assistance to you down the road.

Would the SRA impact riding in deeper snow, say a foot+ (ice fishing) as opposed to the IRS?

HondaR24, What year is your Rubicon? Have you had any issues with the tranny? Have you ever ridden in deep snow? If so, how was the performance?

I guess the good news here is that out of the models I'm looking at there really is no poor choice.

Any opinions on the KQ 450 or Sportsman 450 HO? Both of these seem to lie well within my price range. I can't find too many review on the 450 HO though as I think it's a new model.

It's starting to get cold up here. Woke up to 38 F and all the windows in the house open Monday morning!
For pulling logs out of woods and trailers- I wouldn't consider anything under 650cc , 800cc+ evendors better- I've had the atv's - as you can see and there is no substitute for displacement - I pulled boat trailers, landscaping trailers, 1/2 ton log splitters- and my 18' ski boat out of the water- you want a twin cylinder power plant for that.
