Ward even with the 90 Degree they won't fit from what I've seen. They are nice carbs. tho I had one on my YZ 250.

Please dont give bad info. I run dual 40mm lectrons on alcohol. You need the cable from fast by gast which I have an extra of. Make sure you get adjustable power jets and it will be great.

I don't know if that was directed at me but I don't think it's a bolt in for a RAPTOR.

I does NOT have to be a bolt on. I don't mind cutting, drilling, spacing, or whatever.

Hurycne, do you have any clue what the measurment is from the center of the bore to the highest point where the cable will still function? Maybe I'll just check them out on the 28th.

I don't want to buy some and then not be able to use the dang things.

I looked at the lectrons even had some in my hands from another bike. They are too tall to fit under the tank. The cables pull from the top like a dirt bike and need 3.5" of clearance from the top of the ventura even with the 90 degree adaptor. Tried to modify the tank but the pedcock is to close to the carb's.

660 it was not at you but someone was talking him out of it. The only thing that sucks is that you will have to go with a twist or modify your thumb throttle casing

Modification is what it all about. I know I don't want a twistie.

I don't "think" 3.5 should be a problem, not a big one anyway. Time to go check!!!

sixsixT, who is that a quote from?

Trirap I think. Found it doing a search on the yamaha page "lectron"
It sounds like he measured from the top of the bore not the center, so you'd need to add at least 3/4" to measure from the center.
