Default any decibel level numbers for slip on for baja?

i am going to be picking up my new baja from the dealer this week and i already know i will want to add a slip on soon and re jet but i am concerned about meeting our strict sound rules here in oregon so i would like to hear some real numbers from anyone who has been tested.i am at least planning on leaving the motor stock but i have heard that a higher rpm level rev limiter is a good way to go is this true and if so how much will the cost be??thanks in advance for your responses.

check on the mbrp they say that is a quite slip on, you may want to check into clutch springs also since you will put paddles on and gearing of 15-42 works great for florence.
