I've been looking through posts to see if I was the only one having these problems. I just replaced my bushings about 2 hours of ride time ago, and now they are bad. Now I look into this thread and see a comment of a steel sleeve that fits into the plastic bushings. Is this the case for all Ds650's? I never had any steel sleeves in mine when I took it apart the first time. And now that I have gone through 2 sets of bushings, my ball joints seem to have a lot of play in them as well. I'm calling the dealer right now to find out what should be in there for sure.
