Setup is usually pretty quick, like 15min.
Hard to the touch in an hour.
Solid and sandable in 24hrs.
Some epoxys dry quicker in sunlight (UV rays).... so maybe it's not too setup yet....
I'd remove it... and either use an airgun to install the nut.
OR
A mild loc-tite
OR
Use Permatex Silicone to keep it from spinning loose.
(It's ugly, but works well for all kinds of purposes.)
I don't use loc-tite at all... it's what the splined washer is for if installed correctly.

Front sprocket nut...
sorry i missed out on this thread, but better late than never!
No I don't use any loctite, even though the manual says to, I change my front sprocket all the time. I have several of the lock washers I bought from the dealer and keep in my tool box. They are reusable, but don't bend the same spot twice. put it on the splines in a different location each time to use a fresh spot to bend, and throw it away after like 3 times when there is no new spot left to bend over. but above all torque that nut down tight, I use 3/4" drive ratchet on this nut - it and the wheel hub nuts are the only ones on the whole bike I use 3/4" drive on (don't get carried away and strip it, if you're unsure use a torque wrench).
