Is it really that important to switch over to those new nuts? Okay, okay I saw the warning on the wall. I don't know where to get snap on tools but I'm sure craftsman has an equivalent. I will look into to tomorrow at my local sears to get something thin to fit in there. I didn't finish (I'm a slooooowwww worker) but tomrrow I will get the proper socket. So far it's fitting nicely.

Sandman did some parts of that copper gasket stick out further than the cylinder? Just in some areas perhaps? Also did you get that new CDI box from Gary? That will be my last mod for the DS. Time to save for a home after his project is all said and done.

 

Go to a body shop or garage or car dealership ask the shop guys what day the snap on man stops bye. They always know

yes there is a small part that comes out on the front left corner not a worry. sounds like your almost there. and don't bother with sears they don't have one.
