How much more increased clutch resistance is there with 40% and 60% stiffer springs? I will need to be able to pull my clutch in with just two fingers.

Mine is stiffer w/the 60%, but its not unmanagible. I ride with 2 on the lever.

My Buell street bike was much worse than the 60% springs. With two fingers, its a little stiff. But with three fingers I can ride all day long.

My 120lb boy said it was stiffer, but not unmanagable. Now if I keep the pace hot enough, the extra clutch lever tension is the last thing I have time to worry about.

I have the Ron Woods 60% stiffer springs. They can be pulled by two fingers. My eight year old nephew rides my Ds with no problem.

I have the 60% springs and a clutch lever that is not full length. I can pull it with two fingers, but you won't find any 8 year olds on my quad... By the end of a good weekend my arm hurts like hell, but it's still worth it.

When in doubt, get the 60% stiffer. The 40% are for only light engine work. The pami springs are way over 60% ... talk about Carpel tunnel! LOL

The way I looked at was, "well, you went with the heaviest, smoothiest riding, fastest, most powerful quad on the market"......why comprimise at this point.

Eight year old....no clutch problem......if we ever meet, remind me not to shake his hand.....Louisiana .....hmmm......there's got to be an alligator fight in this story.

Have you street raced the ClydeFant Prkwy? Gosh, I loved pushing the Honda through a front end slide on the corners just because I could......
