I am not saying that the pegs will wear down in a day of riding, but I wore down the stock steel ones in a little over a year of riding, and I have seen the pro pegs wear down in three months, re file, and be wore again in three months. Of course this all depends on your riding style and how much you ride. But trust me on the roll design thing. They are awesome. I have ac regular nerfs with them, and I don't know if the stock nerfs will work.
