So far, I did my rear hubs in the brake lathe at work. Need to do the front ones now!!! In the brake lathe it took quite a bit of time to do but it was free!

I pulled down ds 720 complete today to shed a bunch of weight. When I got down to the axle I was shocked at how heavy it wasIs there a aftermarket axle I can buy?

Durablue makes an axle, but I don't believe it offers any weight savings. RAD makes a Titanium and Aluminum axle, I believe the Aluminum is for drag only.

I have RAD bearing carrier (quality product), Durablue axle (cheaper then stock from Rocky Mountain), and a Durablue sprocket hub.

Sorry Scoob, I don't know. I asked my dealer if he could look it up for me and give me a price, but it proved too difficult a task for him for some reason.
So I just ordered it from MrHP, assuming his price was prolly fair.
i know its a bomb part though, cuase it has Bombardier molded into the backside.
