how hard is it to remove the head??

Also remember to lock the crankshaft in TDC. This may not be that important seeing you are taking the head off but would be good practice.

You just need a c-clamp like tool to compress the valve springs, and then use a little pionty object to remove the 2 clips on either side of the valve stem. then the valve slides out.

Gots no clue. Or at least not that I know of, never done them before i don't think
