I am buying a 2005 ds650 x tomorrow morning and the best prices I got so far are

apache honda: 6999 otd
Metro motorsports: 6800 otd
usa motorsports: 6800 otd

does anyone know where I might be able to pick this bike up any cheeper in phoenix?

I sold my raptor yesterday to buy this quad and I can't wait to get it.

I can't help you on the pricing but that sounds very fair, here in Taxifornia, (LA is even worse - 8.25%) I paid $6900 OTD in January 2003 for my 2003 Baja, so your prices on a 2005 Baja X being less than I paid sound excellent.

 

Try AZ power sports. It is on scottsdale road just north of Mcdowell. I got mine in 02 for $5600 OTD. Check the local auto trader. I know in Nov they blow them out cheap. Give them a try. Sorry don't have the number. They are right next to a mattress store. Let me know when you are going riding. I plan on the dunes almost every other weekend starting late Oct. Those new X's are sweet.

 

I just thought of another place. I know it is a drive but give Parker Yamaha a call they always have good prices and the sales tax is 2% cheaper in Parker only a 2 hour drive.

 

I am also hunting for the best possible price here in Arizona.
I will be taking the quote I got from the dealership in Ohio into WALTS and to PARKER YAMAHA in the next few days to see if they will meet or beat it.


The best price I have found so far is $6,219.00 from Honda East in Ohio.

 

thanks guys. My uncle has a 03 x and i rode it last year at the dunes and fell in love with the bike so thatsw why I sold the raptor. I go to the dunes on every major holliday from oct. to apr. I'll check out scottsdale but I think taxes are higher out there. and parker is a good idea i will give them a call. thanks!!

 

I went to Town and Country and they tried to rip me off............said they would give me a deal of 8000 otd. and the customer service was crappy! ........so i found one in prescott for 7400 otd. he might beat those phoenix prices though if you call him...........Prescott Neighborhood Vehicles.

 

Just found a 2004 DS650X, used, the guy is asking $6,295 "OBO".

Got a quote back from the MegaMall at $7,200 and from Walts Motorsports for $7,200.00 as well.

The hunt continues...

 

I hate to say it, but Im friends with one of the managers at Town & Country and I didnt even get a break !! If you can get one for 7K OTD your doing good ! Watch out cuz they will try VERY hard to get you int the service contract BS and THATS a rip off ! The bottom line is that they dont have to dicker with ya cuz theres sombody else coming in after you that will most likely buy it anyway!

I would check out Tuscon as well ... just dont get caught up in the hype... take your time !!
