If it is an end cap, just put the stocker back on for your home area. It dont get any quieter than that. just a thought....

 

talk to em and find out where the common ground is so they will complain less often

 

kill the quad, pull the clutch in and push... until the trail.
i dont have any noise problems, my neighbors havent said a word and i ride alot, but the sound of my new tires on pavement makes more noise than the engine so i am pretty ok.
maybe an fmf w/ silencer.

 

I just had my stock pipe and end cap read with a meter.
91.8 db
It was the lowest tested 4 stoke out of about 100.
