so when can i order mine? how big of jets are you using? does the accel pump still work?

the edlebrok intake I think was $90, this included the gasket and carb mount spigot with rubber lip.
the materials to make the extension for carb clearance issues was about $20 total, all bought from McMaster Carr supply online.
Raptoid cut out the flanges here at the shop where we work, I cut the tubing on the lathe and formed the angle, we had somebody we know weld it because we don't have alum welding equip here.
A friend of Raptoid's did the portwork to match everything to the 45mm carb bore.

Too much of a group effort to mass produce, and from the way it sounds a couple companies are in the process of eventually delivering that anyway.


The carb is totally intact the way it was designed, accel pump and all. IMO I would not have the carb without the pumper.
160 Main jet, needle 3rd groove, 27.5 pilot - yet to be fine tuned on dyno, but I'm sure this is very close to spot on.
pumper squirting from just off idle to 3/4 throttle.
